OBITUARY

Mrs Julia Bidgood Another pioneer of the district, stricken by the passage of Time, has gone the way of all flesh.

At the advanced age of 91 years, Mrs J Bidgood of Staghorn, died at her home on Wednesday last.

The deceased had a long suffering illness.

Mrs Bidgood was of a kind and retiring nature which endeared her to a large circle of friends.

She leaves a husband, two sons (Frederick and John, of Staghorn), and two daughters (Mrs P Garvey, of Staghorn), and Mrs A. Stephens to mourn their loss.

Her remains were interred in the Yackandandah cemetery on Thursday in the presence of a large assemblage of friends.

The Rev. J. Townsend officiated at the grave.
