JAMES BENNET JR., 65, died Saturday at Parkview Memorial Hospital. Born in Marion, Ala., he worked at Sterling Castings for 16 years. He was also a Korean War Army veteran.
Surviving are two sisters, Lucille James of Marion and Jimmie Mae Swain of Birmingham, Ala.; five brothers, Charlie and Robert, both of Fort Wayne; Sam of Toledo, Ohio and Richard and L.C., both of Marion.
Services at 11 a.m. Friday at Antioch Baptist Church, 425 Agnes St. Calling one hour before services. Burial in Greenlawn Memorial Park. Arrangements by Ellis Funeral Home, 1021 E. Lewis St. Journal Gazette, The (Fort Wayne, IN) - November 11, 1997
