Dolores J. Doebert, 87, of Aurora passed away peacefully on March 1, 2016. She was born on February 10, 1929 in Aurora, IL the daughter of Adolph and Lorraine (Hoke) Ries. She was a longtime member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Aurora. Dolores was active in East Aurora Schools PTA and an active Girl Scout Leader. She and her husband owned and operated Doebert's Garage in Aurora for many years. She is survived by her daughter, Diane Chapman, grandsons, Frank (Dawn) Chapman, Jr., David Chapman, and Jeremy and Justin Doebert. She is also survived by her daughter in law Sandra Doebert and several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Eugene Doebert, son Edward Doebert and 2 sisters. All services will be private.
