Headstone was put back on base but not on the correct names…should have been rotated.
Description
1880 US Censes indicates that Eliza Keyes was 78 years old living with Edwin Friplett(Triplett) and is the Mother of Head of Household, (I calculated her DOB based on the Census Records, she was 68 in the 1870 Census living with Edwin as well). They also had a daughter named Eliza Triplett indicated in the 1870 & 1880 Us Censes records. Did not find any thing for Emma in these census records And No Dates for Emma on the headstone. No dates on headstone for Eliza Keyes either but did find more information as noted above the relationship. (Martha Smith was Edwin’s wife as per the Census).
Don’t be confused with the names on the base on the names on the headstone quadrant. It appears to have been re-glued together but didn’t get set with the proper people’s/last names matched up correctly.
