Died In Mornington At Early Hours Of The Morning At Her Parents House Just Over A Month After Dealing With Her Son'S First Year Death Anniversary. Ethan Was The Son Of Annmarie Tipper To David Grachan Who Died Tragically At The Age Of 11 Inbetween Drouin And Warragul On His Bicycle While Riding Home To Drouin After Spending A Day In Warragul With 2 Friends That Witnessed His Death.

2 Days After His Younger Brothers 3 Year Death Anniversary Jesse Was Struck By A Car Along The Frankston - Dandenong Road While Walking Home With Some Friends After A Night Out.

ETHAN DANIEL JOHN GRACHAN Died Aged 11

A Muchly Loved Little Brother To Jesse Tipper And Kane Mucha And A Deeply Loved Big Brother To Shyanne And Dakota Grachan.

A Unconditionally Loved Son To Annmarie Tipper And David Grachan.

Was In Grade 6 At Drouin Primary School, During The School Holidays Decided To Go To Warragul For A Day With 2 Friends With Their Bicycles, In The Late Afternoon The Boys Were Refused By A V/Line Bus Drive To Accompany The Bus To Go Back To Drouin Due To Them Having Their Bikes With Them Within That The 3 Boys Decided To Ride Home As It Was Going To Get Dark Soon And They Were Only The Next Town Over, Within That Ride Ethan Was Tragically Struck By A Motor Bike Upon The Highway And Unfortunately Was Unable to Survive His Injuries, If He Was To Be Kept Alive He Would Of Had Permanent Brain Damage And Would Of Been Restricted Of Living His Life As He Once Did He Would Never Of Been Able To Care For Himself Or Walk Nor Talk Again.
