Description
This is the largest Ukrainian cemetery in Canada, now also known as West Oak Memorial Gardens. Established in 1984, a 100-acre cemetery overlooking the Sixteen Mile Creek. The address listed is officially the address of both the cultural centre and the cemetery, however the cemetery is not actually on Dundas St. There is an entrance just off of Fourth Line next to the cultural centre, and the main entrance on nearby Proudfoot Trl. The old gates, past the dead end on Fourth Line, are closed, however it was possible to enter there on foot until the summer of 2020.
