Small historic burial ground used by Burr family burials. Was at one time surrounded by farms. Later the U.S. Army converted the area into an air landing strip called Brindley Field. A N.Y.S. landmark sign marks the area just outside the small chain-linked fence cemetery. Today, the cemetery is surrounded by a huge parking lot for The Home Depot home improvement mega-store. Most of the gravestones are almost not legible anymore.
